Experience Requirements for this Job:
- Deputy prosecutor General Accountability
Applicant must have an Experience of no less than 15 Years as an Advocate in High Court and have an Experience of Three Years of Supreme Court. on the other hand a Retired District and Session Judge. Special Prosecutor ( For High Court)
- Special Prosecutor ( For High Court)
Applicant must have an Experience of no less than Seven years as an Advocate in High Court and Have LLM/Bar at Law Will be Given Weight.
- Special Prosecutor (For Trail Court)
5 years in any event Experience of Standings as an Advocate of the High Court. Broad court Experience Mandatory.
