Pay scale – Government departments

After completion of studies, most of the aspirants make job a main source of income to meet necessities of their life. 

At the start of each year, employees expect the company they work for to give them a financial incentive, an increase in their salary. But that may not happen in all cases.

They work in private organization or government department for a fixed regular payment, typically paid on a monthly basis which is called "salary".
